Dynamite stated: “Our writers for Highlander couldn’t be better suited for the task of maneuvering the Immortals and their schemes through the ages. Michael Avon Oeming has certainly proven himself a master when it comes to sword swinging adventures, and Brandon Jerwa is flawless at the craft of devising conspiracy and intrigue. Combined with the outstanding artistic talents of Lee Moder, the Highlander creative team is destined to make history- literally! Movies, novels, television and even cartoons- every aspect of Highlander has been thrilling with a fan base that is absolutely enthralled in the mystery of the Immortals. And our ongoing comic series is no exception, as fans have latched onto the essence of Highlander once again!”

HIGHLANDER #3 (OCT063334) BY MICHAEL AVON OEMING AND BRANDON JERWA; ART BY LEE MODER; COVER ART BY: TONY HARRIS, STEPHEN SADOWSKI AND DAVE DORMAN (EQUAL RATIO)

There can be only one... only one all-new, action-packed, monthly comic book series starring the Immortal Highlander!

Writers Brandon Jerwa and Michael Avon Oeming continue the "Coldest War" along with artist Lee Moder as Connor and crew continue to face the spawn of the Kurgan in the present, while dealing with the Soviet threat in the past!

Connor and his immortal allies continue their quest to stop the murderous Temnotiye agents from carrying out the deadly legacy of their master in the 1980's! And speaking of the Kurgan - bear witness to the sheer brutality of the deadliest Immortal as Connor faces down his eternal foe in the 1960s! This cross-time caper is escalating beyond the control of everyone involved...but you can be sure of one thing: HEADS WILL ROLL!

Featuring series cover artist Dave Dorman, Tony Harris and special guest artist Stephen (Red Sonja) Sadowski!

BrokenFrontier.com recently reviewed the debut issue of HIGHLANDER, saying: "Building on the general framework of the earlier material, this book seems to be developing as a more coherent ongoing chronology for The Highlander."
